Mom met with Dr. Spetzler yesterday and made the decision to have him as her surgeon.
The brain surgery has been scheduled for June 8th @ St. Joseph's hospital. She is really nervous but also glad to get it taken care of so soon. Please pray for her.
I'm sure many of you will like to be there the day of the surgery so I will post time information when we get it.

On October 9th, 2008, our beloved Jacqueline was diagnosed with breast cancer. Although devastated at first, we knew she would be a survivor and we were all here for her every step of the way! On March 14th, 2009, Jacqueline was diagnosed with a brain AVM which was removed through brain surgery on June 8th. It was a tough recovery, but she inspired us all with her courage and strength.
